Registration Process

Follow these steps to join the Dubai District Games

Important Tournament Dates

The Dubai District-Level competition runs from 4th April to 26th April 2026, followed by the Dubai Level on 2nd and 3rd May 2026. Matches will be held on Saturdays and Sundays in the morning and afternoon. Please ensure your team is available on match days before registering.

Team-up & Identify District

  • Gather your squad and pick your sport: Football, Basketball, Volleyball, or Badminton.
  • Identify your competition zone in the Districts Section.
  • Appoint a Team Lead to manage the portal and communications.

Register Your Team

The Team Lead must complete the online Registration Form by selecting the sport, district, and category, then submitting the full details of all players before proceeding to payment. Registration is confirmed only once full payment has been successfully processed.

Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and district entries are subject to capacity limits

Access Team Portal

Once payment is confirmed, the Team Lead will receive an automated email and SMS with unique login credentials.

Manage Players

Log in to the Team Portal to enter player details including EID numbers, or alternatively grant players access so they can complete their own information. Team Leads can manage their roster at any time, including adding or removing players based on availability and updating contact details as needed.

Game Day Preparation

Stay updated on match schedules and venues via the portal. Matches generally run 10:00 am - 8:00 pm (Weekends).
